About. WHO AM I?

Ciao & Welcome, I’m DAvide PEDROcchi but everybody calls me Pedro.

I'm a multidisciplinary designer specializing in UI/UX Design, Web Design, and Branding, with several years of experience under my belt.

My work spans two main avenues: collaborating with Nolita Crazy Lab and freelancing. I deliver designs in partnership with developers for complex projects, and I also act as a 360-degree partner, handling both design and development using no-code tools like Framer.

I do what I do for both money and love. As my grandfather wisely put it, "we have to translate life into money" — a no-bullshit approach to putting food on the table.

My love for design, branding, and communication, however, began with cinema. As a student, I felt deeply in love with the history of film, fascinated by its unique language.

One day, I stumbled upon a video that dynamically montaged dozens of opening credits.

I was mesmerized.

It hit me then how crucial that moment of entering a film — of entering the world it creates — truly is. Typography, forms, colors, and graphics all work together, evoking atmospheres, meanings, and emotions, synthesizing the very essence of the story.

It was through this fascination with title design that I discovered the broader world of design.

Later, I encountered a quote from Saul Bass, one of history's greatest graphic designers and a pioneer of opening titles. He articulated precisely what I had felt:

"What titles could do is creating the atmosphere and to evoke the central core of the film story; to express the story in a metaphorical way. I saw the title as a way of conditioning the audience, so that when the film actually began, viewers would already have an emotional resonance with it."

Over time, I realized this was the very essence of design and branding: creating atmosphere, evoking the core of a story, expressing it metaphorically, and building emotional resonance.

These words encapsulate everything.

When I design a website, a graphic, or a logo, I'm crafting a touchpoint where clients enter the world of a brand.

To effectively communicate that world and solve its inherent problems, we must deeply understand the business, its challenges, and its unique story to achieve meaningful results.

Okay, enough talk, check out the services below and don't hesitate to contact me for information or a quote.
